The idea:
A switch in the mind – producing a 101 template in an electronic form. For each new form, exists an automatic workflow of sending data from the payroll system and a retrieve data from the electronic form back to the payroll system – after the employee fill out the template.
The added value:
· Saving Printing costs (paper, toner etc)
· Data Validation (mandatory fields, checking between fields & paragraphs dependencies)
· Saving typing mistakes
· Saving man power: no need to type the data in the payroll system. The new workflow supports an automatic data flow from the electronic template back to the payroll system.
The solution:
· Based on PrintBOS server
· Input data in TXT or XML format
· Form design by PrintBOSs’ designer
· Connectivity to the customers’ active directory in order to send mails to each employee.
· Each 101 Form is protected by user name & password
· Data update on the electronic form
· The end point includes, (i) sending the data back to the payroll system (ii) generating a new 101Form in flat format including the new information. This new form will be send to the employee.

· IIS Server; PB Web Application, PB interface module
